Alaskan Coho Salmon Heads

Wild caught Alaska Coho salmon heads are traditionally used for making fish stock or head soup.  These heads have the gills removed for easy use in recipes.

2-6 heads per 2 lb bag.  2 bags per 4lb order.  Head size and amount of collar meat will vary.   

Please note:  This product does comes in sealed bags, but may not be vacuum packed.
